Excessive temperatures in the barrel also may lead to degradation of the plastic polymer, is in a position to} produce structurally unsound components. These problems may be solved by purging the burnt or solidified plastic from the machine after which maintaining a suitable temperature profile along the barrel. This everlasting change is brought on by a chemical response that links the polymers into a three-dimensional construction, making thermosets nicely suited to excessive temperature functions.
